LinkEdu Vocational & Tech Academy (VTA)
Our dedicated student and adult learning, weekend, and after-school enterprise — led by our internal technical specialist team.
The cross-subsidization model
The academy runs on a structural cross-subsidization model. By charging highly affordable, flexible token micro-fees, we protect student dignity and ensure high instructional commitment, while generating a direct local financial engine to purchase raw material inputs and support school operations.
Morning and afternoon, the classrooms serve our 325 primary and secondary pupils. Late afternoons and weekends, the same rooms become the LinkEdu Innovation & Tech Hub — open to older youth, women, and community members across rural Zaria.

Three strategic tracks
The Digital Innovation Track

Core digital literacy & productivity
Fast typing, file management, navigating operating systems, and mastering word processing, spreadsheets, and safe search — the foundational language of technology.
Frontier tech skills
Visual and no-code programming, practical AI co-working with large language models, and Python and data basics applied to real community data such as crop yields and weather metrics.
